Our flashcards are crafted with care to support your child’s learning journey.
Please note: Actual colors and designs may slightly vary from photos due to printing and lighting differences.

2. ORDER & PAYMENT
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Secure checkout is available through all major payment methods.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 2–5 working days.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen courier.
Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Refunds or replacements are available only under these conditions:
1. You received the wrong product
2. The flashcards arrived damaged or broken

Important:
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Email us with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Refunds are not available for: change of mind, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.

5. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Store flashcards in a dry, cool place.
2. Wipe clean with a dry cloth—do not soak or use harsh cleaners.
3. Not a teething toy. Please supervise young children while using the cards.
